The Service
Manasik provides web-based management software for Hajj and Umrah travel agencies, including pilgrim records, packages, bookings, payments, and public agency pages. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Free Trial
New agencies receive a 30-day free trial with full access. Agencies that add at least 30 pilgrim records during the trial may qualify for an additional free month, at our discretion. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription; current pricing is shown in your dashboard.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Manasik only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to access other agencies’ data, disrupt the service, or use the platform to store unlawful content.
Agency Responsibility for Data
Your agency is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the pilgrim data you enter — names, passport numbers, ID numbers, and contact details. Verify records carefully before relying on them for travel documentation. Manasik is a record-keeping tool, not a guarantor of travel documents.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manasik is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses from inaccurate agency-entered data or travel disruptions.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you may request export of your agency data within 30 days.
