Pilgrim records: agencies enter pilgrim details into their dashboard — names, passport numbers, national ID numbers, phone numbers, dates of birth, and addresses. This data belongs to the agency; we store it only to provide the service.

Usage data: we collect basic technical information such as pages visited and actions taken, to keep the service secure and improve it.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to operate the Manasik platform: providing the dashboard, keeping accounts secure, and communicating about the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share pilgrim records with third parties except as required by law.

Data Security

Data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit. Each agency can access only its own records, enforced by database-level access controls. Despite our safeguards, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Agencies may view, correct, or delete the pilgrim records in their dashboard at any time. To request export or deletion of your agency account data, contact us using the details below.
